Pecan Choco No Bake Protein Bites


These protein packed bites are great for the whole family. Have them for breakfast, or as a post-workout snack!


- 1 cup Pecan Choco
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats (we used an ancient grain & super seed oatmeal blend)
- 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 2 teaspoons honey


Melt almond butter and coconut oil in the microwave to soften, about 20 seconds, then mix in oats, coconut, honey. Shape into 1-inch balls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
